What is MetisMUN?
The PPE programme together with their student association Metis is organising their first-ever Model United Nations Conference. A MUN is a simulation of the United Nations and its sub-committees. Together with the other delegates, you will be debating and trying to solve international humanitarian, economic, environmental or judicial issues. Next to the academic aspect, you will also get to know many students with all kinds of backgrounds and interests during the conference and our amazing social events!

What will you be doing?
You are going to prepare your assigned country‘s opinion on the issue at hand before the conference. In your committee, you are going to discuss the problem, and then, taking into consideration all the opinions and interests of the other member states, come to a conclusion in the form of a Resolution. This document is going to include all your solutions to the problem and a vision for future actions.
